When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and the details you give us about the booking — dates, vehicle, route, and any requirements you mention.

If you go on to hire a vehicle we additionally collect the documentation needed to verify a driver and satisfy our insurers: driving licence details, proof of address, and identification.

We also collect anonymous usage data about how the site is used, through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

We use enquiry details to prepare a quote and respond to you, booking and identity details to fulfil a hire and meet our insurance and legal obligations, and usage data to understand which parts of the site are useful and to measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

This site can load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel. These set cookies that help us measure traffic and the performance of our advertising, and allow those platforms to show you our ads elsewhere.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the enquiry progressing, and then deleted.

Booking and hire records are kept for as long as needed to meet our legal, insurance, and accounting obligations.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, and object to us using it for marketing.
