Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, quotes, and bookings made with KA Prestige. A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it in writing and any deposit has been paid.

Where a signed hire agreement is in place for a specific booking, that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.

Daily rates shown on vehicle pages are a guide and are confirmed at the point of quotation. Chauffeur services are always quoted individually, because the price depends on the route, duration, vehicle, and occasion.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to the vehicle remaining available.

Self-drive hire is subject to the minimum age shown on each vehicle and to our insurers' approval.

Drivers must hold a full licence, held for the period our insurers require, and provide identification and proof of address. We may decline a hire where the insurer will not cover the driver.

A refundable security deposit is required before the vehicle is released, in the amount shown on the vehicle page or confirmed in your quote.

The deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected on return, less the cost of any damage, missing fuel, fines, or charges incurred during the hire.

Vehicles must be used lawfully and only by drivers named on the hire agreement. They must not be taken outside the United Kingdom, used for racing or track use, used to carry passengers for hire or reward, or sub-let.

Smoking in our vehicles is not permitted. Cleaning charges apply where a vehicle is returned in an unreasonable condition.

Cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote and depend on how close to the hire date the cancellation is made.

If we have to cancel — for example because a vehicle becomes unavailable or unroadworthy — we will offer a comparable alternative where we can, or refund you in full.

Our sourcing fee is agreed in writing before we begin searching. We source to order and do not hold sourcing stock, so timescales depend on the specification requested.

KA Prestige is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not provide finance, credit, or financial advice, and we are not a credit broker. Where funding is required we introduce clients to FCA-regulated brokers, who deal with you directly and are responsible for any agreement and advice.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a hire.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
